The Avenida Panoramasuites consist of 3 chalets with a total of 32 rooms.
Chalet 1&2: main building with reception, cafe lounge and wellness area
Chalet 3: Annex, just a few meters from the main building, some rooms are equipped with their own sauna.

 

Some selected units are equipped with a private sauna and an outdoor bathtub, where you can end the day wonderfully and enjoy the wonderful panoramic view perfectly. On the ground floor you will find a freely accessible laundry room with washing machines and dryers as well as a ski storage room with lockers and shoe warmers.

 

In addition, you benefit from a free ski bus shuttle service during the winter season.

 

Lake Zell, the Hohe Tauern National Park, the year-round ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and other surrounding ski and hiking paradises such as Maiskogel Kaprun, Schmittenhöhe Zell am See or Saalbach Hinterglemm are only a stone's throw away.  Shops, cafés, restaurants, ski schools and sports shops are located in the village center of Kaprun.
